Urad Gota

AyanCorp offers premium quality urad dal gota or black matpe huskless without split. Black matpe whole, cultivated using best farming methods, is sourced by Ayancorp and processed further into urad dal gota (huskless) using industry’s finest standards. The final dispatch of the urad dal gota is only done once the lot has been passed through stringent quality checks, matched against specific parameters. We offer urad dal gota in FAQ (i.e. size below 3.25 mm) and SQ (i.e. size above 3.25mm) varieties in packaging of different quantities. Both variances of black matpe (urad) can be delivered by Ayancorp that is the whole (with husk) and gota (huskless).

Urad Split

White Urad Dal is a whole or split urad with its skin removed. These lentils are creamy white in color and have a milder flavor than whole Black Urad Dal. It is very nutritious and rich in protein.


White Urad dal is very easy and quick to make and the addition of different tadkas makes this dal very flavorful and delicious.

Urad Dal Chilka

Urad dal chilka, also known as black matpe with husk split or split black gram is a lentil that has been split with outer black skin intact. Split black gram with visible creamy white interiors is easier to cook in comparison to whole urad pulse. This nutritious black urad is high in proteins and gets a great flavour once it is cooked with different ingredients. Ayancorp supplies split urad dal in FAQ (i.e. size below 3.25 mm) and SQ (i.e. size above 3.25 mm), qualities that is available in packaging as per client request.

Mung Dal Chilka

Moong dal chilka or the split green mung are processed from green mung whole. It comes with olive green outer layer. Split mung beans reveal the soft textured, sweet flavoured and off-white interiors. This pulse is popular in Asian culinary preparations as it is easy to cook and digest. Low in fat and high in protein and fibre, split moong beans are extremely healthy to eat having a mild taste and earthy flavour. Toor Dal Split

Toor Dal or huskless split pigeon peas are perennial legumes. It is in fact a common food grain used widely in Asia, Africa and Latin America. They are cultivated in tropical and semitropical regions of the world as sole or as intermixed crop with cereals. Toor whole is processed further to get converted into huskless split, available in packaging as per the customer requirement.
